Payment Policy for Care for Boarding and Treatment

  • Credit cards. We only accept credit cards from clients whose name only appears on the card. Proof of identification is required at the time of check out.

  • Checks. We only accept checks with a name and address printed on it, along with two valid forms of identification (including a valid California Driver's license) at the time of check out. We do not accept post-dated checks, two party checks or out-of-state checks.

  • Cash. We welcome cash payment at anytime.

  • Payment in full is expected at the time of check out at both the Hospital and the Pet Resort.

  • Estimates will be provided when extensive veterinary care is needed. Clients are asked to sign and agree to the estimate prior to their pet receiving veterinary care.
