Payment Policy for New Clients

  • Checks. As a first time client, it is our policy not to accept checks for the first 3 visits. This applies to all over-the-counter clients. We also ask that when you do write a check for Coffee Road Animal Hospital after your first three visits, that you provide proper identification including a valid California Driver's license.

  • Charge Cards and Cash. We accept cash and credit card payment only on the first three visits for all new clients at the time services are rendered. We accept credit cards from only the person whose name is imprinted on the card. If the client's child has the card, they need to bring in a signed note giving them permission to charge their card and it stays in the client's chart.
