Feel Free to come visit our Pet Resort for a tour during our normal business hours. The following are a list of the available services that we provide to our valued clients at the Pet Resort:
Boarding Facilities (Cats)
Our facility at the Pet Resort offers comfortable temperature controlled, indoor cages, cat condos and penthouses to ensure that your cat is well taken care of while you're away.
Boarding Facilities (Dogs)
Both the Pet Resort and the Hospital provide heated and air conditioned temperature-controlled facilities for comfortable large indoor runs and kennels. There are also spacious outdoor runs.
Pet Resort and Hospital Boarding Policies
Reservations. When calling to set up boarding reservations a credit card number will be required to hold the reservation. We cannot hold a reservation without this. If you do not have a credit card we ask that you come in and leave a cash deposit for ½ of the nights scheduled and we will hold the reservation of the anticipated fee.
Availability. Pets will be boarded at the Pet Resort unless the Resort is filled. Should the Resort be filled, the client may request that their pet be boarded at the Hospital pending availability of space. We recommend you book reservations early to ensure your pet a stay during summer months and the holiday seasons.
Cancellations. If you need to cancel or change your reservation please give us at least 24 hours notice otherwise you will be charged for ½ the scheduled boarding fees.
Required Vaccinations and Flea Treatment. When boarding at the Hospital and Pet Resort, all pets need to be up to date on all vaccinations prior to being admitted. If your pets are found to have fleas on admission they will be treated for fleas at an additional cost to you. Proof of vaccinations are required if you are not a Coffee Road Animal Hospital client. This is to ensure no pets go home with new unwanted additions to the household.
Pick up and Drop off. All pet owners must fill out a boarding information form prior to boarding. We need this information each time a pet is boarded to maintain updated records regardless of previous boarding stays.
For your convenience, we recommend that clients fill out our boarding forms that are available on our web site homepage (click on hospital forms) and have it filled out and ready to go the day of check in to expedite your check in time.
Business hours for picking up and dropping off pets for boarding both at the Pet Resort and Hospital are Mondays-Fridays 7:30am-5:30pm (closed from 12-130 M-F) and 8am-12pm on Saturdays. Our office is closed Saturday afternoons and Sundays as well as some holidays for normal services but do provide pick-up for boarding pets.
The times are as followed: Saturday- 8am-12pm and 3:30pm-5pm Sunday- 8:30am-10am and 3:30pm-5pm Holiday’s -8:30am-10am and 3:30pm-5pm at the rear entrance of the pet resort.
Saturday, Sunday, and holiday pick up. This service is only provided to clients that have arranged for Sunday pick up as well as prepaid for the boarding stay.
Pet Medications, Food and Belongings. Please bring along all pet medications and accurately mark the dosages required. We ask that all belongs such as bedding and toys be marked with the owner's last name to ensure a safe return upon check out. Pet food is provided as part of our boarding services, however, if your pet has a special diet or treats, that you would like them to enjoy while with us, please include it along with your checked in items.

5. Anesthesia Release Form (Only if Surgery is needed during the Boarding stay)
6. New Patient Registration Form (Required for all new clients)
This lets us record our pet and owners into our management software so that we can effectively and efficiently provide the service you deserve!
